How do I change or cancel an order

You can change your order as many times as needed before the order is confirmed

We understand that things happen, and sometimes it is needed to change the initial information. Shipping information can be changed any time before the order is confirmed.

Your order is confirmed after the payment is made and labels sent (if labels are needed). If the information changes after that, we will do our best to update the information but we can not guarantee that we can do it, or there might be an extra fee.

In case the order is placed beforehand (for example, a couple of months prior to the actual shipment), you can change the info up to three days before pickup.
